Over the last 8 years, I’ve coached over 100 women through private sessions, group programmes and in-person workshops (my favourite way to work as nothing beats the energy in the room).

My work blends mindset, emotional awareness and behaviour change to help women stop overgiving, set boundaries without guilt, and build the confidence to trust themselves again.

I work with the women who’ve done everything “right” and still feel disconnected. The high-achievers, the overthinkers, the ones holding it all together on the outside but secretly running on empty. I’ve been there. And I know how heavy it gets when you’re trying to be everything to everyone.

Whether I’m coaching 1:1, running a session, or speaking on stage, my mission is simple: to help you stop abandoning yourself, and start becoming the kind of woman you can be proud of.
