Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By signing up as an affiliate for Kate Taylor Coaching (“Company”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before participating.

1. Commission Structure

• Affiliates will earn 10% commission on every successful sale made through their unique affiliate link.
• Example: A £47 course will earn you £4.70 in commission.
• Commissions are calculated based on the sale price of the course at checkout (including any refunds or discounts applied).

2. Payouts

• Commissions are paid monthly via your chosen payment method (tracked and managed through SureCart).
• There is no minimum balance, all payouts will be processed each month.
• Payments will be processed within 10 days after the end of each month.

3. Tracking & Attribution

• All sales must be tracked using your unique affiliate code.
• We are not responsible for missed commissions due to incorrect or untracked code.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• If a sale is refunded or cancelled, the commission for that sale will be voided.
• If a payout has already been made on a refunded sale, the commission amount will be deducted from your future earnings.

5. Affiliate Promotion Guidelines

• Affiliates may promote via social media, blogs, emails, and other ethical marketing channels.
• No spam, misleading claims, or unethical marketing tactics (e.g. false advertising, using fake discounts, or claiming endorsement from the Company).
• Affiliates must not promote using paid ads targeting Kate Taylor Coaching or bidding on branded keywords.

6. Termination & Violations

• We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s account at any time if they engage in unethical practices, violate these terms, or misuse our brand.
• Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

7. Agreement

By signing up for the affiliate program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify the terms at any time.
